មហាព្រឹត្តការណ៍ ១៥ មិថុនា ១៩៦២ || 15th June, 1962

 

ព្រះរាជទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់ ព្រះបាទសម្តេចព្រះ នរោត្តម សីហនុ នៅឯប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ គ.ស. ១៩៦២

• ដោយផ្អែកលើខ្សែបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនដែលបានគូស លើផែនទី ឧបសម្ពន្ធ័ទី១ តុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ ក្រុងឡាអេ បានសម្រេចសេចក្តី នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៥ មិថុនា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៦២ ថា៖
- ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារគឺស្ថិតនៅក្រោមអធិបតេយ្យភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា ។
- ប្រទេសថៃត្រូវដកកងទ័ព ប៉ូលីស និងឆ្មាំទាំងអស់ ចេញពីតំបន់ជុំវិញប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ។
- ប្រទេសថៃត្រូវប្រគល់មកកម្ពុជាវិញ នូវ រាល់វត្ថុបុរាណនានាដែលថៃបានប្រមូលយកទៅ ក្នុងអំឡុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៥៤ មក ។

• According to the border ,which drawn in the Annex map I the International Court of Justic ( ICJ ) was decision on 15th June , 1962 that :
- The Preah Vihear temple is located in the Cambodia sovereignty (In Preah Vihear province the north part of Cambodia ).
- Thai government must withdraw their troops , polishes , and other guards out of the Preah Vihear temple and the surrounding areas .
- Thai government must give Cambodia back all the artifacts that Thai had collected from Cambodia during 1954.
