ជុកលើ ហៅ កំប៉ោយ ជុកក្រោយ ហៅ កន្ទូតអូង || The Top tuft of hair Khmer called Kompouy and the behind called Kontout Oung Or Chuk

 

• ជុក ជាកំបូ៉ត ឬ ផ្នួងសក់ របស់ក្មេងខ្មែរជាន់ដើម លុះដល់ចម្រើនវ័យ ១៤ ឬ ២៣ ឆ្នាំ ( សម័យ កថាថន ញុ៉ញ ) ជុកត្រូវបានគេកោរ ចោលដោយគេចាត់ទុកថា បុគ្គលនោះ ជា បុគ្គលពេញវ័យ ជុកនេះទៀតសោត បើសម្រាប់ កូនអភិជន ឬ រាជវង្សានុវង្ស គឺត្រូវបាន គេបួងដោយមានដាក់ស្នៀតសក់ ជួនកាលធ្វើ អំពីមាសដាំត្បូង ពេជ្រ ក៏មាន ។ ជុកអាចទុក បាន ១ ,២ , ៣ ឬ ៤ កំប៉ូតតាមការនិយម :
- កំប៉ូតតែ មួយ ខាងលើហៅថា កំប៉ោយ
- កំប៉ូត ២ ,៣ ខាងក្រោយ ហៅថា កន្ទូតអូង
- រីជុក សងខាង ខ្មែរហៅថា ជុកទីទុយ ។

• Chuk is the tufts of hairstyle of The Khmer children in the past and when they were 14 or 23 years old ( During the time of Chao Pa Ya Katha Thorn Nhonh the dynasty of Abpaibpubate ) they shaved Chuk out of their heads to show that they all were not children anymore . For the elite children Chuk was tie up by golden pincers and often had some diamonds too . Chuk had 1,2,3, or 4 tufts up to their liked :
- a tuft Khmer called Kompoy
- 2 or 3 tufts behind Khmer called Kontout Oung
- 2 tufts on either side Khmer called Chuk Ti Touy
