• ចុងខែ កុម្ភៈ គ.ស. ១៩៥៦ ប៉ុន្មានខែក្រោយ ព្រះបាទ សម្តេចព្រះ នរោត្តម សីហនុ ដាក់រាជ្យ និងបន្តតំណែងជានាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី សម្តេចព្រះប្រមុខរដ្ឋ បានធ្វើដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ច ផ្លូវរដ្ឋទៅកាន់ប្រទេស ហ្វីលីពីន ។
