• École des Arts Cambodgiens and then was changed to " The Royal University of Fine Arts " or we can called " Rachana school " was first established by the Royal decree of His Majesty King Sisowath with the helpful of Director George Groslier in December 14th , 1917 .

• Monorom Hotel was a place that Mr. Koy Thoun, who was a deputy commander of Khmer Rough used for his meeting " Commission of outlawing enemies " in the beginning of April,1975.
• The first duty of this group was killing Mr. Lon Non ( Young brother of president Lon Nol ) and other Khmer Republic's high rank elites.
